Still holding your 15% — it expires Sunday. Code SPIN15.

Why run the in-store opt-in flow?

Selling direct in this region is not an online-only business. A spin-the-wheel pop-up at the till, a tablet at the kiosk, a QR code printed on the receipt — each one moves a customer from walked in once to someone you can reach next month. SMS fits this moment: no opt-in friction, works on every handset, no template dependency.

01

Consent captured properly

The customer opts in at the moment they spin, so the number arrives with a consent trail attached to it.

02

No app, no friction

SMS reaches every handset with no template approval and nothing for the customer to install.

03

A reason to come back

The prize is a second visit, not a giveaway — and the reminder chases the codes nobody used.

How it's wired

This is the flow as it appears in the Nonito builder. Every node here is a real node you can drag, configure and change — nothing about this diagram is decorative.

How does this flow work?

  1. 1A customer at the till spins the wheel on a tablet, or scans the QR code printed on their receipt.
  2. 2They enter a phone number and opt in, which creates the customer record.
  3. 3A single-use prize code is generated and sent straight to them by SMS.
  4. 4A week later, a Skip If node checks whether the code has been redeemed.
  5. 5Anyone who has not used it gets one reminder before it expires. Everyone else is left alone.

Questions about this flow

Does this slow down the queue?

The capture is a few seconds on a tablet. If even that is too long, the QR on the receipt lets the customer opt in on their own time, after they have left.

Can we run different prizes per branch?

Yes. The pop-up and the discount can both be scoped per location, so a new branch can run its own opening offer.
