Odoo integration
Nonito connects to your Odoo database and turns the events it already records (orders, payments, stock, deliveries, pipeline stages) into WhatsApp, SMS and email flows your customers actually read. In English or Arabic, timed to the moment.
Odoo is where the order, the invoice and the stock live. Nonito reads that data and decides who hears from you, on which channel, and when. You do not replace anything.
| Odoo on its own | Odoo with Nonito | |
|---|---|---|
| Sending a message | A WhatsApp template sent from a record, by hand or from an automation rule. | Multi-step flows: wait, branch on what the customer did, follow up, stop when they act. |
| Channels | WhatsApp, with email and SMS configured separately. | WhatsApp, SMS and email in one flow, picking the channel per customer. |
| Audience | The contact on the record that triggered the rule. | Segments built from Odoo order history: frequency, last purchase, order value, category. |
| Replies | Land in Discuss for someone to read. | Button replies route the flow: confirm, cancel, rate, ask for help. |
| Results | Messages sent. | Orders and revenue attributed to each flow and message. |
These are the Odoo events our merchants wire up most. The integration is mapped per business, so your own models, fields and stages work the same way.
| Odoo event | Model | What the customer gets |
|---|---|---|
| Sales order confirmed | sale.order | Order confirmation on WhatsApp, with Confirm and Cancel for cash on delivery |
| Payment received | account.payment | A thank-you, then a cross-sell picked from their purchase history |
| Delivery dispatched or done | stock.picking | Shipping updates at dispatch, out for delivery and arrival |
| Product back in stock | stock.quant | Back-in-stock alert to everyone who asked for that variant |
| Order cancelled | sale.order | Ask why in one tap, then offer a swap or a held credit |
| Credit note posted | account.move | Refund confirmation that asks what went wrong |
| Quotation sent, no reply in 48 hours | sale.order | A WhatsApp nudge to the buyer, a task to the salesperson |
| CRM stage changed | crm.lead | The next message for that stage, on the channel the lead uses |
A sales order is confirmed in Odoo. Nonito checks the language on the contact, sends the right WhatsApp template, and writes the reply back to the order before anything is packed.

Odoo has a WhatsApp app that sends approved templates from a record or an automation rule, with replies landing in Discuss. Nonito sits on top of the same data and adds multi-step flows, segments, SMS and email in the same journey, button replies that route the flow, and revenue attribution.
Odoo Online, Odoo.sh and self-hosted Odoo. Tell us your version during onboarding and we map the integration to the models and fields your database actually uses.
Yes. Contacts, orders and pipeline sync in both directions, so a reply on WhatsApp, such as a cash-on-delivery confirmation, can be written back to the Odoo record your team works from.
Yes. The integration is mapped per customer, so a custom model, field or stage change can start a flow the same way a standard sales order does.
No. You can bring an existing WhatsApp Business number, or Nonito sets up the API connection and submits your templates to Meta during onboarding.
