Three updates, no tickets

Order #5290 is on its way with Aramex. Track it here: nonito.link/t/9Qa1

Out for delivery today between 2 and 6pm.

Delivered. Most people who bought the 250g bag come back for the grinder — want a look?

Why run the shipping & delivery updates flow?

Where is my order is the single biggest support driver for direct-to-consumer brands here. A proactive WhatsApp update — shipped, out for delivery, arrived — takes the ticket off your team and earns you an open at the most engaged moment of the whole order. Once you have that open, you have earned the right to recommend the next purchase.

01

The ticket never opens

The customer is told before they think to ask, so the question never reaches your inbox.

02

Attention at its peak

Nothing gets opened like a delivery update. That is the moment to put the next product in front of them.

03

Every event, automatically

Wait for Event nodes follow the real shipping status rather than a guessed timeline.

How it's wired

This is the flow as it appears in the Nonito builder. Every node here is a real node you can drag, configure and change — nothing about this diagram is decorative.

In the app, drag nodes to rearrange and click any node to configure it. Trigger nodes start the flow; messaging nodes end a branch.

How does this flow work?

  1. 1The order is fulfilled and the first WhatsApp update goes out with the courier and a tracking link.
  2. 2A Wait for Event node holds the flow until the courier marks the parcel out for delivery.
  3. 3A second message gives the delivery window.
  4. 4The flow waits again until the parcel is actually delivered.
  5. 5A recommendation is pulled from the customer's purchase history and attached to the delivered message.

Questions about this flow

Is three messages too many?

These are the messages customers otherwise ask for. Each one answers a question they were about to send you, which is why they read rather than mute them.

Does this work with our courier?

The flow reacts to fulfilment and shipping events on your store, so any courier that writes status back to the order will drive it.
